MELBOURNE EXECUTIVE

BREAKFAST SERIES

The Cluster Melbourne • July 21, 2026

A curated breakfast experience exploring leadership, behavioural intelligence, communication, and the unseen systems shaping modern corporate culture.

A Personal Invitation

I'd love to invite you to a private executive breakfast

 in Melbourne this July.

This series has been intentionally designed to bring together a select group of senior leaders and executives to explore new frameworks for what drives organisational performance.

We will examine the often-unspoken systems, expectations, and behavioural conditioning that shape leadership, communication, and workplace culture, and create space for practical insight and strategic reflection in an environment that is thought-provoking and expansive.

Organisational Intelligence:

The Untapped Driver of Business Performance

Most executives know their organisation has more value capacity than it currently delivers. Strategy and resources matter. So does something that often goes unexamined: the system.

This inaugural session explores Organisational Intelligence (OI) - a new framework that reconciles the interconnected fabric of people, culture, process, and technology to understand what determines how much of an organisation's true value capacity is actually realised.
