About

You already know more

than you think you do.

You may know what you want to change. You may even know what

you should be doing differently. But knowing and changing are not

always the same thing. Sometimes the thing keeping you stuck is

sitting underneath the part you are consciously trying to solve.

Maybe you've tried to

change it already.

You've thought about it, planned for it, talked about it.

Maybe you've read the books, set the goals, made the lists.

And still, you find yourself in the same pattern.

Doing the same thing. Getting the same result.

It's not because you're not trying hard enough, but because

the real driver of that pattern sits deeper than the part

of you that is trying to change it.

The same reaction.

The same hesitation.

The same behaviour.

The same result.

Every outcome has

an architecture.

What you experience on the surface is the end of a process.

Behaviour

How you do it

This is the layer you can see

Thinking

What you do

Underneath behaviour is the thinking that gives it direction

Programming

Why you do it

Programming beneath thought shapes what you notice, believe and do.

You can keep trying to change the outcome.

Or we can change what's creating it.

01. Behaviour

How you do it

This is the layer you can see. Behaviour is how you create the results you're currently getting: the actions, habits, skills and day-to-day behaviours through which your intentions become outcomes.

Two people can be working towards exactly the same thing and go about it completely differently. One person might structure their day carefully while another responds to whatever feels most urgent. One athlete might train consistently while another trains hard only when motivation is high. Someone experiencing stress might push through it, avoid certain situations, seek reassurance, or create more space around themselves.

None of these behaviours exist in isolation. They are simply different ways of responding to a situation or moving towards an outcome, and the particular behaviours involved will be different for every person.

Because behaviour is visible, it's often the first place we try to create change. We learn a new skill, introduce a better process, change a habit, undertake training or simply decide to try harder.

Sometimes that's exactly what's needed. But when changing what you're doing isn't closing the gap between where you are and where you want to be, it can be useful to look at what's determining those behaviours in the first place.

Powerful change comes from
the right conversation, at the right level.

Every person is unique. So the approach has to be too.

Kirsty draws on a mix of modalities that work together to create greater alignment between your conscious thinking and the unconscious patterns influencing it. Rather than simply managing what shows up on the surface, we can work with the architecture underneath it, because it’s often not what you think, but how you think that makes the difference.

Your experiences may have helped shape those patterns, but that doesn’t mean we need to repeatedly revisit or retell those experiences to change them. The focus is on understanding how your mind is creating your experience now, and finding the most comfortable and effective way to create something different.

The aim isn’t to rely on willpower or constantly try to think, feel or behave differently. It’s for the change itself to become a more natural way of responding.

Different patterns need different tools and the ability to use them together is what creates fast, lasting change.

01

Open the Line

NLP and Time Line Therapy help create greater communication and alignment between your conscious and unconscious mind.

02

Beyond the Thought

Clinical Hypnosis allows conscious analysis and reasoning to rest, while we work more directly with the unconscious patterns already influencing how you think, feel and respond.

03

Match the Approach

The modalities aren’t used in isolation. They can be combined and adapted throughout the process, allowing us to use the right tool, at the right time, for the particular pattern we’re working with.

04

Close the Gap

The same tools can then reinforce what’s changed, helping new patterns become more natural and supporting you to carry them forward long after the session ends.

Three tools. One integrated approach
NLP
Working with how you process experience.
NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. It looks at the connection between neurology, language and behaviour, and how your internal experience shapes the way you respond.

That internal experience can include the pictures, sounds, feelings and self-talk you associate with a situation. By working with those patterns, NLP can help shift responses that no longer serve you and create more useful ways of thinking, feeling and responding.

Time Line
Therapy™
Working with the emotional weight of
the past.
Time Line Therapy™ works with the way your unconscious mind organises memories across time.

It is commonly used to work with emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, hurt, and guilt, as well as limiting decisions connected to earlier experiences. The aim is not to erase what happened, but to reduce the emotional charge that may still be influencing how you respond in the present.
Clinical
Hypnosis
Working with automatic patterns and responses.
Clinical hypnosis is a focused state of relaxed attention. You remain aware and in control throughout, while the more analytical part of the mind becomes quieter.

That can make it easier to work with habits, automatic reactions and old beliefs that may not respond to logic alone. Kirsty typically uses hypnosis as part of a broader process alongside NLP and Time Line Therapy™, rather than as a stand-alone technique.

You do not have to choose the technique. You bring what you would like to be different. We work from there.

Your Next Step

Start with what you want
to change

Some people come with one very specific thing they want to shift. Others know there’s a bigger gap between where they are and where they want to be.

Explore the options and choose the starting point that feels right for you.
